We agree on the full sitemap and content inventory before work begins. Every page in that scope is included, using a consistent design system. New sections, new functionality or additional design directions after approval are quoted separately before work starts. Existing content must be supplied in a usable format.
A round is one consolidated list of feedback from your team, submitted at an agreed review milestone. Revisions refine the approved direction. A new direction or functionality changes the scope. Additional consolidated rounds are $750 for Starter, $1,000 for Growth and $1,500 for Corporate, agreed in advance. Fixing our mistakes never uses a revision round.
We use AI-assisted tools to accelerate design and development. Our team directs the work, reviews the code and checks the finished website. You pay for a complete, carefully reviewed result, with more of your investment going toward strategy and quality.
Hosting, domains, third-party subscriptions, paid media and ongoing SEO or website retainers are separate. Webflow builds, full rebrands, ecommerce, multilingual sites, bespoke applications and complex data integrations need a custom scope. Standard integrations connect an existing supported tool; custom API development is quoted separately. Prices are in CAD, before applicable taxes. Starter and Growth are fixed once scope is confirmed; Corporate receives a fixed quote before kickoff. Payment is 50% at kickoff and 50% before launch.
